ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Canada: 5-7 business days for standard shipping

Processing time: 2 business days before shipment

Express shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Canada

International orders: Free shipping over $100

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link to track your package in real-time.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at ctpapparel.co@outlook.com with your order details.

 

DROPS & RESTOCKS

When is the next drop?

Follow us on Instagram @ctpapparel.co for drop announcements. We typically release new items weekly and announce them 24-48 hours in advance.

How do I get notified when items are back in stock?

Click the “Notify Me” button on any sold-out product. We’ll email you immediately when it’s back in stock.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most items are limited releases and won’t be restocked. Some popular pieces may return, but we can’t guarantee restocks. Join the waitlist to be notified first.

How fast do items sell out?

Our drops are limited quantities and can sell out within hours or even minutes. Join our waitlist and act fast when notified!

SIZING & FIT

How do your items fit?

Most of our pieces have a relaxed, streetwear fit. Check individual product pages for specific fit details (oversized, true to size, slim fit, etc.).

What if I’m between sizes?

For oversized fits: Size down if you prefer less oversized

For regular/slim fits: Size up for more comfort

Do you have a size chart?

Yes! Each product page has a size guide. Measurements are in inches/centimeters and include chest, length, and sleeve measurements.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Due to limited stock, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and repurchase the correct size if still available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I return an item?

Email us at ctpapparel.co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at ctpapparel.co@outlook.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

 

PAYMENT & PRICING

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your payment information.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

Why was I charged tax?

We’re required to collect GST/HST on Canadian orders. Tax rates vary by province.

 

PRODUCT CARE

How should I care for my items?

Wash: Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle

Dry: Hang dry or tumble dry low heat

Iron: Low heat, inside out if needed

Avoid: Bleach, harsh detergents, high heat

Check individual product tags for specific care instructions.

Will the graphics fade or crack?

With proper care, our prints are designed to last. Always wash inside out in cold water and avoid high heat drying.

 

ACCOUNT & ORDERS

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders easily and saves your info for faster checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click “Login” at the top of the page, then “Forgot password?” Enter your email and we’ll send reset instructions.

How do I update my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at ctpapparel.co@outlook.com if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
